Gerd Hirzinger is talking in this interview at the IEEE IROS 2015 im Hamburg about the future of robotics, regulation and how robotics is going to evolve over the next decades.
Prof. Dr.-Ing. Gerd Hirzinger has been director at DLR’s institute for „robotics and mechatronics“. He has published more than 100 papers in robotics, mainly on robot sensing, sensory feedback, mechatronics, man-machine interfaces, telerobotics and space robotics.
The 1st IEEE IROS Futurist Forum at IROS 2015 in Hamburg brought together several well-renowned researchers from different domains in order to discuss the impact of robotics on society.
